Title: [HELP]Applying transparency to theme

i have been trying to make a new theme for symbian belle and i want to apply transparency for the panels. Could you please help me on how to apply transparency?

use a vector image editor and change the opacity to what you want :)

yeahhh.....else you can also using ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR.....both have cons and pro...:)

yes....it good for someone already have basic in graphic editor...:) for me i prefer inkscape coz it light and easy to use...but some filter will not apply...that is the main cons bout it...:)

or Corel draw if you have the cash ;)
