I followed all the steps but I still get the same error. I did made a folder named RM-670 in products but I still get the same error. Do you have ym or msn? Thanks

Finally got Phoenix to detect the product code I downloaded. Will let you guys know what happens next.... Am going to try flashing my Nokia 700 now. Thanks

Finally got my phone flashed. I don't need to go to Nokia Care to have it reflashed. Thanks again to syarmwawa, vds5344, UpakulRox, and 001Souvik for all your help.  :)

If u have a symbian^3 phone then NO! Product code wont change
