My E72 won't start

Hello I have a big problem with my nokia E72, started a normal day with nokia then when I turned it on did not work the first time just vibrates, then try after 10 mins and did not vibrate more, not happened, and I take for fix it and tell me they do not know what is problem, please help I have four months with this, not to do. I await your response. and saw your guide, I did everything your guide says but the last to take the battery after the usb etc, stays looking the usb and get this http://imageshack.us/a/img40/146/92866790.png

You should just try "DEAD PHONE FLASHING" in Phoenix. Don't do any connection management or like that  :P

Friend thanks for replying: S, are the first to respond after weeks. and use the "DEAD PHONE USB FLASHING" like the "NOT CONNECTION. anyway eh already seen tutorials etc, but nothing. do not know if it has to do with the operating system because I have the window 7. thank you.

I'll be trying anything.
