Nokia 6300 restriction code

Hello,

I got a 6300 which is simlock free according to KPN) but it asks me for a restriction code when i insert another SIM. Can i re-flash this device so it wont nag to me about this ''code'' ??

Maybe it is locked to other network . You can use restriction/unlock code to unlock your 6300.Visit Onlinegsmunlock.com to get unlock codes along with step-by-step instruction on how to unlock .But you need to know which network the phone is locked to.If you know the IMEI number, Country and current network name then you can get the unlock code.To find the IMEI number dial *#06# it will show your IMEI number.
