Phoenix Service Software is utility software for flashing Nokia CDMA, GSM, TDMA, and WCDMA products. The utility is very easy to operate , bug free . Unlike the Nokia Ovi Suite and other proprietary risk tools to "kill" the phone is practically zero, due to the unique opportunity to "raise" the unit from virtually any computer glitch , including the Dead (Feature dead mode). Plus, you'll always have the most current version of the software on your phone. After all, everyone knows that Nokia branded utilities fresh firmware appears on the server to the public much later than we would like. Sometimes the delay is 3-4 months (!)! To search for current versions use the tiny utility NaviFirm (no installation is required, there are included).

- Phoenix Browser-view and work with hidden folders and files in your phone;
- MobiMB Browser-jobs-via USB, Bluetooth, IrDa with hidden folders and files;
- Downloading firmware for any phone number and product code directly from Nokia servers;
- Works with the Product Profile through *.ppu;
- The C-Format-formatting the internal memory of the phone without flashing;
- Easy saving and restoring settings Product Profile through * pp;
- Conservation, restoration, editing the phone book via Phonebook.txt;
- Conservation, restoration of Permanent Memory (PM) phone or its individual blocks;
- Change product code;
- Opening password memory card;
- Removal of screenshots from the phone screen, including java games and java applications;
- Many other phone settings available
Supported operating systems and user rights:
- Windows XP Service Pack 1 or higher
- When installing Phoenix into Win XP you must have local admin rights.
- When using in Win XP, user must have power user rights.
- Windows 7 32 Bit version
- Windows 7 64 Bit version (Please note that FLS-5 drivers do not support Win 7 64 bit OS, therefore FLS-5 can not be used in this operating system

Nokia 500 RM-750 Refurbish may occasionally fail.

Nah, never mind. Anyway, thanks for share.
EDIT: It really fails to Refurbish N500 on Win8 x64. Always when trying to refurbish I get an error message.

downgrade to 2012.16 or previous for first genphones or 2012.24 for 2nd gen phones. Later releases need the .emmc for a refurbish.
