Hi,

As a 808 owner myself I will always say the 808.

It's a masterpiece of a phone, and has more support than the N9, considering both OS's have being practically abandoned by Nokia.

The 808 will have support until 2016, the N9 sort of doesn't have any software support, the twitter app gets some updates but that's about it.

N9 can't be ignored completely. It's a different style one running full linux though Nokia abandoned, it got a great community and hey it'll soon run the sailfish and other o.s port.

P.s Its already running J.B 4.1.2

it's a tough choice to chose between n9 and 808.

Its good budget my freind. You can get Lumia 820. As i would suggest it for its benifit of 1gb ram.
N9 is always a best phone ever made and you can't ignore the power of Nokia 808.
But then nokia's much hyped Lumia 'EOS' will replace its glory, N9 is good but now its hardware is too old for today's day to day usage.
Prefer buying Lumia 820.
