He wants the Anna notifications widget, i think. The Belle version is awful in comparison.
Check here (http://forum.dailymobile.net/index.php?topic=90129.0#msg1093965). Robo3737 made a miniaturised version that huellif recommended to an FP2 user. i imagine it works ;)

Something is blocking it, but i don't know what.
The weather widget on the N8 does that because i have a modded weatherpublisher.exe in C:\ - have you any mods that might be blocking this from loading?

Max battery life mod by ivo777
Conversations in C
Full battery sound
Theme effects Base package
At last Notifications wideget.
Also after I put this widget in the homescreen all the widgets and even shortcuts don't work.

Do you have the base widget installed?

Also, did you delete the folder mentioned in the post? You have to do that before adding it to a homescreen, i believe.

Yes I deleted the folder I have mention in that post before and then installed the notification widget. Then when I deleted the folder after installing the widget the problem started. I have no idea whether the base widegets were installed.

Okay, i think that may be the problem. Go back to the post on DM and install the base widget and see if the problem is resolved.

I have a question why symbian code is not released by Nokia even after Nokia's death. Can we write to them regarding this

Probably license issues and they wouldn't want to release a competitor to Windows Phone.

with Nokia's death why they are not releasing?

Nokia isn't exactly dead. They just aren't "making" phones anymore.

And also possible security issue.Imagine they open the whole Os.The mean hacker would know about symbian telephony stack and they could do some nasty premium call or sms malware.Even with symbian they could still earn million with current installed base.

Symbian^3 is open source, but with the caps system it would be practically impossible unless they are a noob of the highest order and have the platform security disabled.

Not the whole. If you search the source, you won't find the telephony stuff.Even hardware driver like touchscreen driver cannot be found there. That is why no one able to built symbian from the source because it is incomplete.

Probably licensing reasons, it was the Symbian foundation in those days.
And hardware drivers are will be copyrighted by Nokia.
