Is there any app that could help me rearrange my gallery pics and videos the way I want?... I mean the more pics I have the more chances the pictures I want stay at the buttom and scrolling all the way down to edit, delete, or use that specific pic as wallpaper seem kind of bothersome... I would appreciate info about an app to place my favorite pics and vids first on the list and place them by colours, date, and/or type. Thanks! :)

Well there isn't any app you requested. But you can try the photobrowser 2 it's much better than the default gallery. But I think it will support only photos.

well arranging according to your wish seems typical but you can make albums and use geo tag for better categorisation
