I found the .sis file (latest version 1.4.9) via google, quickly enough
I have two N700 phones, as a main+backup, so having the actual .sis file is much more useful. As it's a free app, I can't see why they are being difficult about it.
It does exactly what I need. It sends both the lat/long coordinates and the nokia maps position. A pity the emergency services don't publish a mobile number as that would be really useful
BTW why do you have the captcha verification? I run a forum too (aviation related) and we don't have issues with people hacking it. If somebody is logged in, they can't do much, so the thing is to control the account creation itself - IMHO.
