gets disabled automatically and i hav to enable it
and again restart it and end up with same

Is DomainSrv.exe in both the sys\bin\ and sys\hash\ direcories?
Do you have patches folders on two drives? Move the patches directory to your memory card and delete the other patches directories if they exist.
Next, disable all patches and remove them from auto. Restart your phone and go back into ROMPatcher and enable the patches you want to set to Auto and then enable the DomainSrv autostart.
If you enable autostart prior to enabling the patch, it will go into C:\FDomain\0RPAutoStartFalse\ (you want it in \0RPAutoStartTrue\) and it will not get booted at startup, mate.

i did as u said.. still with same prob.. The autostart prob is only with d patches in domain.. Rest patches enable on restart.. My rom patcher ws working perfectly few days back this prob started

What have you done to your phone since it stopped working? Try deleting DomainSrv from bin and hash, uninstalling ROMPatcher and then reinstall it and replace the DomainSrv.exe in bin and hash and try again.

C:\ or Z:\ only.
Go into C:\Private\101f875a\import\ and verify the file [20047b9f].rsc is there.
Just for kicks, unpack this .zip to C:\ and overwrite all files. Restart your phone and try again.

i just ran into this issue on the N8 and the solution was: disable all patches/autostarts in ROMpatcher then delete C:\FDomain. Go back into RP+ and enable patches as before.

One more thing -
\Patches\ on memory card ONLY. Delete the folder if it is on C:\ or Mass Memory
