After reading a lot of information and tutorials (thank you very much, btw) on this forum, I am still stumped as to how to flash with a firmware for a different product code.

After having downloaded a few variants, since there isn't one for my exact product code, every time I click 'Options' in Phoenix, I get a list of files that are ALL red!
The files are in the right sub folder in Phoenix/Products/RM-675/*. I suspect it's because of the mismatch in product codes.
I even tried to "hack" the files by renaming a sub folder to match my product code.
I also tried NO CONNECTION and Dead phone USB flashing, every time I go in there I get a list of red files with no "black" files.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Positive. Thanks for replying.
I've been reading about these issues in the forum and that seems to be the one critical issue everyone is having trouble with.
My path is standard for 32 bit windows 7: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-675
In there I downloaded the firmwares, multiple versions, just to see if I can find a match and they are all in the individual subfolders named by the product code.

You know, it just dawned on me...
I wonder if that is the problem! I have subfolders, such as 059C4T8, where the firmwares are.
I will move the files right in the RM-675 folder, see what happens.

Thanks bro...

THAT WAS IT! Files must be in the RX-675 folder and not in a subfolder named like the product code.
The instructions in the tutorial must be taken literally: "Put the firmware files in the RM folder"

Thanks a bunch, I am now running Belle Refresh on my C7. Woo-hoo!
