which file are u clicking?
Phoenix is a program? What open with Nokia Suite??

Sir when i have downloaded the belle files for 500 it has downloaded but when i m trying to install by phoenix u have said in Tutorial that delete the the files which are in red but in my process all the files are red.When i have deleted all the files reblushing is not occuring.Please give me way to download belle for 500.please sir reply.......

where you placed your files?
location is
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-XXX

hope this will solve your problem :)
Make sure..... you have downloaded correct files :D

there was a problem i was facing...whenever i was connecting cp to pc through usb, it was directly getting connected as masss storage..

i have flashed in dead usb mode...

worked successfully :D

thnku master -pR for all ur help...

(btw tht 848MB file contains angry birds and asphalt 5)
