You should not use cracked version. Use normal version.

Because my 808PV is in waranty i send it to the Nokia Care and now it's fine. I was using a cracked version of Phoenix, can be that the main problema because I was not able to reinstalling the firmware correctly?

Yes, cracked version are not good. Always use normal version of Phoenix when you flash your phone  ;)

Hi i have a nokia c7,is it possible to downgrade from belle 111.040.1511 to symbian v3 the one before anna,my rm is 675,so which software version would be my lowest firmware,and to wich firmware should i downgrade??

...and when using navifirm do i select all the filenames on the right side or only the ones that are already ticked in the box.
