Hello there,
As we all know most of the video conversions are contains AAC Audio codec. But here i am telling you a very light, free, fast and easy converter to make videos in AC3 Audio profile, Which gives Dolby Digital support in Nokia N8.
So lets Begin the tute (I am ignoring some basic parts since every one is aware of this type of tools). ;)
1. Install Handbrake from the Download link found at the end of this tutorial
Now the Main window.

Open the source file as normally from the source menu. Select the destination file (No need to give the extension there).
Now the important things to keep in mind on this Picture tab is as follows :
A. Make sure that you are selected "MP4" as container
B. Now change the "Anamorphic" drop-box to "None". Now the section B will be enabled. Tick in "Keep Aspect Ratio" then give "640" in the width box. Height will be calculated automatically. So no need to give manually.
C. Now click on the Video tab.

D. Set Frame rate to "29.97"
E. Click on the "Audio tab"
Last But Not least Tab [Screenshot Three]

Most important part :
F. Choose "AC3 (ffmpeg)" from the drop-down.
G. Set "44.1" & 128 as shown in the screen shot.
Done..!! :)
Now click On the Start Button on the top. That's it. Your conversion is started. After finishing you can transfer the file to your Phone and enjoy the Real Dolby Digital Experience. :)

Notes :
You may change the values with your own. Only thing which gives Dolby Digital effect is the audio container. So always set it to AC3 (ffmpeg). Even the values i suggested are the best and perfect to play on all symbian 3 Devices. This values result into Excellent quality in lower size. So Changing them will result into Poor Quality or large file size.

I am sorry but the broadcom 2727 and 2763 are too much implied in the symbian 3 and improvement over s60v5 the better the gpu, the more power for decoding. Some of the third party app like the smartmovie uses the cpu's power to render videos. Videos are all container formats the avi mpeg 3gp mp4 etc all having video and audio in compressed formats the more the compression (avi and higher formats) , the more is the processing power required.
