Hello, I developed some great tools for Symbian ::)
By Motaz Alnuweiri :)

SIS Rename v1.0
With this program you can rename sis files in this format [{Vonder} {App Name} {App Version}.{sis or sisx if signed}].

SIS Builder v1.0
With this program you can build sis file (Symbian App Setup) from pkg script.

thanks mate. works awesome. :D but the only file which didn't load is attached (in SIS Rename)  ???. please tell the problem :(

SIS Rename have some problems with some SIS files... I will try to fix that.
