Whatsapp for Symbian has been updated to v2.6.61 now supporting a Homescreen Widget


Whatsapp for Symbian has been always been a great alternate and free way of sending live text messages.



WhatsApp Messenger is a cross-platform mobile messaging app which allows you to exchange messages without having to pay for SMS. WhatsApp Messenger is available for iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Nokia and yes, those phones can all message each other! Because WhatsApp Messenger uses the same internet data plan that you use for email and web browsing, there is no cost to message and stay in touch with your friends.

Unlimited internet data plan!

Nokia S60 3rd edition, 5th edition or Symbian^3 Operating System

Some users report that they haven’t found a widget while some report that they have. We have screenshots of the widgets working. It maybe a whatsapp bug that the widget appearing in sone devices.
